It takes us 24-48 hours to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. We have had few customers that requested to cancel an order due to change of mind - that's why we don't process it immediately to give a change-of-mind window for customers.

Yes! if we haven't processed your order, you can cancel your order by sending us an email at support@hofkahome.com. If your order has been processed, you have to proceed with our return policy.

Serving thousands of customers worldwide, HOFKA partners with top-tier, dependable courier service to ship to most countries. You won't be able to complete checkout if we don't ship to yours.

USA, UK, most EU countries: 5-10 business days. Canada, Australia: 5-15 business days. Other countries: 10-20 business days. Those are delivery times for most products but you should refer to the shipping information in the product page.

We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy on all products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return of any kind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
