    I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

    Please allow 3 - 7 business days of production (if applicable) and processing time for your order to ship out.

     

    HOW LONG IS YOUR SHIPPING TIME?

    U.S orders will be shipped via UPS, USPS, EMS & FEDEX and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is shipped from.

    COVID-19 Updated Transit Times

    • Average transit times to the United States: 15-35 days
    • Average transit times to Canada: 15-50 days
    • Average transit times to Europe: 15-50 days
    • Average transit times to Rest of the world: 17-60 days

    There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our couriers may experience. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time under these circumstances; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company. 

    Please note, that due to COVID-19, many shipping companies are prioritizing the shipments and receiving of emergency and necessary medical equipment. This could mean that your package maybe withheld with the shipping company for an extended period of time which would lead to longer wait times and delays. We hope you understand, as this is something completely out of our control. 

    Nonetheless, if your order is suffering shipping delays please contact us so we can best assist you.

     

    WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information and a link to track your order.

    If you ordered more than one product, these may be shipped from different fulfillment centers. If this is the case, you will receive tracking information for each individual product, and they may be delivered at slightly different times.

    You can track your order using your tracking numbers.

     

    REVISED SHIPPING TIMES FOR A BULK ORDER (PARCELS>2KG)

    If you have placed a bulk order with large quantities (a parcel exceeding 2kg), kindly anticipate a longer delivery period. 

     

    CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

    You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been processed. Please note that a small percentage of orders cannot be stopped from shipping out of our warehouse even though they may not have physically left the premises. In these rare instances, the customer will be responsible for whatever shipping charges are incurred.

    Typically, most orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours from the time they are received. Once your order has been processed, we cannot apply cancellations. HOFKA Support can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be canceled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped the terms of our Returns policy will take effect. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any canceled orders. 

     

    WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

    It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email or email us directly at support@hofkahome.com with the correct information as soon as possible.

    We are able to correct a wrong address within 24 hours or placing the order. After 24 hours, we will do our best to help you change the address but cannot guarantee it will be possible. In this case, we will provide you with instructions on how to contact the courier to resolve this issue.

     

    MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with:

        - Your order number.

        - A picture of the damaged product.

    Once received, we will organize a replacement free of charge.

     

    DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES ON MY ORDER?

    Unfortunately HOFKA is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the courier and local laws, and will be payable by the customer.

    Please make sure you understand your country's import tax and customs duty regulations before placing an order.
