TRACKING

Once the order is shipped, please allow - 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number system. You can track your order by going to our Track Order page on the website, if it doesn't work you put in your tracking number here.

EASY RETURNS

We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy on all products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return of any kind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@hofkahome.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For any returns not involving defective/faulty products, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. HOFKA will be responsible for the return shipping cost involving defective/faulty products.

We don't accept returns or refunds to any purchases made using a discount/voucher code or purchases on clearance products unless the products received are defective/faulty.
