REFUND POLICY

 RETURNS

We offer a 30-day return policy on all products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return of any kind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@hofkahome.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For any returns not involving defective/faulty products, customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. HOFKA will be responsible for the return shipping cost involving defective/faulty products.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at support@hofka.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include pictures of the damaged items. Upon receipt, we will send out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

All returns for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking/repacking fee. The restocking fee is only waived if the items received are defective or damaged. Restocking or repacking fees are charged to cover labor, paperwork and shipping carton replacement.

We promise your money back if the item you received is not as described, or faulty/defective. In the event of faulty/defective products, please contact us at support@hofkahome.com and we will process the refund as soon as possible. 

 

DISCOUNTED/CLEARANCE PRODUCTS

We don't accept returns or refund to any purchases made using a discount/voucher code or purchases on clearance products unless the products received are defective/faulty.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

HOFKA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, HOFKA will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
