REFUND POLICY

 RETURNS

We offer a 14-day return policy on all products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return of any kind. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@hofkahome.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For any returns not involving defective/faulty products, customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. HOFKA will be responsible for the return shipping cost involving defective/faulty products.

All returns for any reason are subject to a 15% restocking/repacking fee and 5% payment transaction fees (which is charged by your payment provider, not HOFKA). The restocking fee is only waived if the items received are defective or damaged. Restocking or repacking fees are charged to cover labor, paperwork and shipping carton replacement.

  

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES ON DAMAGED ITEMS

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at support@hofka.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include pictures of the damaged items. Depending on the condition, you may or may not have to return the damaged items. Upon receipt/approval, we will send out a replacement if available.

If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item. you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We promise your money back if the item you received is not as described, or faulty/defective. In the event of faulty/defective products, please contact us at support@hofkahome.com and we will process the refund as soon as possible. 

 

HEAVILY DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS

We don't accept returns or refund to any purchases made using a discount/voucher code of 20% or more. If the products received are defective/faulty, we will send out a replacement order upon approval of damaged pictures.  

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

HOFKA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, HOFKA will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
