PAYMENT

We accept payment by all major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and PayPal.

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.

Unfortunately our operations are only limited to credit/debit card transactions via PayPal. This is to ensure our customers get their consumer protection and also our business is validated.

PayPal offers Buyer protection and favors consumers by providing a secure gateway and good refund policies. This is why we advocate using PayPal to complete your transactions here safely without credit card risks. If you have a PayPal account, just checkout with PayPal and login to complete your purchase accordingly. 

Don't worry as you do not need to own a PayPal account to pay: you may enter your credit card's data directly at PayPal and complete your payment. You don't need to register a PayPal account either.

4. CLICK ON "NO, THANKS" WHEN ASKED ABOUT CREATING A PAYPAL ACCOUNT. YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETE!

Depending on a number of factors you could run into problems when paying at PayPal. Some common issues are:

1) I am not getting redirected to PayPal at all
Your browser's PayPal cookies might be messed up; you may try deleting your cookies to fix this << Please Try This Step Very Important

2) PayPal is not accepting my credit card
Please double check the data you entered at PayPal's form. If everything is correct, chances are that you actually do own a PayPal account and that your credit card is associated with that PayPal account. If this is the case, then you will only be able to pay with that card by logging into your PayPal account. If this is too much trouble, then just try paying with a different credit card.

3) I can't find a "Pay with Debit or Credit Card?" option
Unfortunately, PayPal does not allow direct credit card payments in all cases. Sometimes it is because of your location, or sometimes PayPal might believe by checking your browser's cookies that you actually own a PayPal account. SHIPPING

Shipping cost varies depending on your location and the product weights. We offer free shipping on orders over $59.

Yes, we ship worldwide to most countries.

U.S and Canadian orders will be shipped via UPS/USPS/EMS/FEDEX and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is shipped from.

Please allow 15-35 days after dispatch for your order to arrive.

Please allow 3 - 7 business days of production (if applicable) and processing time for your order to ship out.

United States: 16-35 days, Canada: 15-30 days, Europe: 15-35 days, Rest of the world: 17-45 days

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our couriers may experience. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time under these circumstances; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company. 

Please note that the tracking information will be displayed after 2-5 days after being updated. Therefore, if you can't find tracking information about your package, please try again in 1-2 days later.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and a picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we will organize a replacement free of charge

CUSTOMS

Unfortunately HOFKA is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the courier and local laws. Therefore, they are beyond our control. As the importer of goods, you are responsible for duties, taxes, and any other charges that your country chooses to impose for the import.

As charges are individually assessed by your country's officials upon import and are subject to change based on your country's updated trade policy, we are unable to provide an estimate on how much you may be charged for customs.

Therefore, we advise you to try contacting your country's custom officials to get a better idea of what the custom charges may be for your order.

ORDERS

Once you find the product you love, just simply click the "Add to card" and "check out" button. Enter your shipping and billing details and wait for your order to arrive.

You will receive order an order confirmation email from us after you place an order.

If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us at support@hofkahome.com within 6 hours after placing your order.

Please note that we are unable to make any changes to your order if it has been fulfilled/shipped.

You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been processed. Please note that a small percentage of orders cannot be stopped from shipping out of our warehouse even though they may not have physically left the premises. In these rare instances, the customer will be responsible for whatever shipping charges are incurred. 

Typically, most orders are filled and shipped within 24 to 48 hours from the time they are received. HOFKA Support can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be canceled for a full refund. Once an item is shipped the terms of our Returns policy will take effect. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on any canceled orders.
